次回、第10回大会につきましては、
・男子の部：6月27日（土）・28日（日）
・女子の部：7月25日（土）・26日（日）
の日程で開催に向けて準備を進めています。
例年より約1か月遅い開催となりますが、日本カーリング選手権の日程に加え、盛岡市内で開催される東北絆まつりやチャグチャグ馬こ等の行事日程も考慮したものです。
また、北海道ツアーや大学生の夏季休暇時期も踏まえ、参加しやすい環境となるよう調整を試みました。
今回は節目となる第10回大会であることもあり、女子の部の開催を強く目指してまいります。
SNS等では様々なご意見も拝見しておりますが、本大会としては、
・4人制カーリングが競技の基本であること
・女性カーラーの大会参加機会を確保すること
を重視し、引き続き女子の部の開催に取り組んでまいります。
なお、近日中に施設の使用調整会議が予定されており、その結果によっては日程が変更となる可能性がございます。確定次第、改めてご案内いたします。
第10回大会にふさわしい大会となるよう、引き続き準備を進めてまいります。

The next tournament, the 10th edition, is scheduled to take place on the following dates:
・Men’s Division: Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 June
・Women’s Division: Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 July
Although this is approximately one month later than usual, the dates have been chosen to accommodate the schedule of the Japan Curling Championships, as well as events held in Morioka City such as the Tohoku Kizuna Festival and the Chaguchagu Umako.
Furthermore, taking into account the Hokkaido tour and the summer holiday period for university students, we have endeavoured to adjust the schedule to create an environment that is easier for participants to attend.
As this marks the milestone 10th tournament, we are strongly committed to holding the Women’s Division.
We have noted various opinions expressed on social media and other platforms; however, the tournament organisers place great importance on:
・The fact that four-player curling is the foundation of the sport
・Ensuring opportunities for female curlers to participate in the tournament
and will continue to work towards holding a women’s division.
Please note that a meeting to coordinate venue usage is scheduled for the near future, and the dates may be subject to change depending on the outcome. We will provide further updates as soon as the details are finalised.
